Phase I (~₹ 35 L): Civil works, roof waterproofing, foundation retrofitting, Parikrama, Garbhagriha, wooden doors, and electrical/solar amenities.
Phase II: Stone masonry, facade, carved stone Chhatri & main gate, Rath (chariot) chamber, and courtyard.
